Minimum order is $10.00 USD.

For orders exceeding 30 lots, there will be a $0.10 fee per lot if the order total is under $100. For orders over $100 (or under 30 lots), there are no lot fees. To find out the number of lots in your order, click on "View Cart" and look for the line that says "My Shopping Cart contains..." at the bottom of the page.

Insurance is included for every Cincinnati Bricks order! Buyers have the option to opt out during checkout or payment of invoice. To opt out, just add a note stating that you do not want your order insured and the insurance charge will be removed from your total. The charge for insurance is $1.00 domestic, $2.00 international per $100 of order. Insurance is provided by Collectibles Insurance Services, LLC. Our policy number is DZ0002266-0801.

As of April 1, 2009 we must collect 6.5% sales tax from all buyers in Ohio under vendor's license number 91-150506.

Flat fee shipping of $2.99 on all domestic orders up to 1 lb! No handling fee.

Shipping charges for domestic orders over 1 lb will be calculated by actual cost of shipping by weight for the packed order plus a $1.50 handling fee.

International orders will be charged standard USPS shipping costs, plus a $1.50 handling fee.

We will not falsify customs forms on any order for any purpose. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Items shipping from our warehouse may take an extra 1-2 days to ship. The warehouse is operated entirely by Cincinnati Bricks, LLC and your items will NOT be drop shipped from another source. If you need expedited service, we can generally ship items the next day (or sometimes even the same day) for an additional $5 fee.

Parts Quality

All parts are New unless otherwise stated. New does not equal Mint condition, some minor scratching may occur during sorting or shipping process.

We do not sell bent, broken, chewed, damaged or yellowed parts unless explicitly noted. We do make mistakes however, so if you do receive an unacceptable part, please contact us for a replacement, refund or credit.

Due to order volume, we will typically NOT provide photos of sets listed as "New". Unless otherwise noted, sets listed as "New" are in equivalent condition to those you would expect to pick up off the shelf in any big box store.

Although Cincinnati Bricks strives to be as accurate as possible when counting store inventory, and when packing all orders, mistakes do occur. We work hard to ensure that you are always compensated fairly for any issues that arise during the course of doing business with you.

Cincinnati Bricks will hold orders open for up to one week, but only if requested. You will be able to add any items during this time. Please let us know when placing your original order that you will be adding to your order.

Your order is a contract between you and Cincinnati Bricks. Once your order has been invoiced, you are required pay for your order within 7 days. If you request that your order be canceled, Cincinnati Bricks will be required to note that fact at the time of cancellation, as well as leave neutral feedback for your order.
